Ingredients

Eggs6 large
Cooked Rice (day-old)3 cups
Soy Sauce2 tbsp
Sesame Oil1 tbsp
Frozen Peas & Carrots1 cup
Green Onions3 stalks
Garlic2 cloves

Steps

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
