Ingredients

Extra-Firm Tofu2 blocks (28oz)
White Rice1.5 cups dry
Soy Sauce3 tbsp
Cornstarch3 tbsp
Sesame Oil2 tbsp
Garlic3 cloves
Broccoli2 cups
Sriracha1 tbsp

Steps

Start rice. Press tofu 10 min (wrap in towel, put something heavy on it).

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet on high. Add tofu, don't touch it for 3 min per side.
