Start rice. Press tofu 10 min (wrap in towel, put something heavy on it).
Cube tofu. Toss with cornstarch until coated.
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet on high. Add tofu, don't touch it for 3 min per side.
Push tofu aside. Add broccoli + garlic, stir fry 3 min.
Pour soy sauce + sriracha over everything. Toss. Serve over rice.
