Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss cubed sweet potatoes with oil + salt.
Roast sweet potatoes 20-25 min until fork-tender.
Brown turkey with cumin + chili powder. Drain if needed.
Add black beans + spinach to turkey. Cook until spinach wilts.
Bowl: sweet potatoes → turkey mixture → squeeze of lime.
